What is Strongpoint’s SPIN Bot?
SPIN Bot is a custom agent built by Strongpoint’s Product & AI team on Microsoft Copilot Studio, designed to serve as an always available AI assistant for every member of the Strongpoint family. SPIN Bot is grounded in the SPIN intranet and Strongpoint’s policy content, and it runs as a secure answer engine powered by GPT-5. It can answer questions about where to find resources on Strongpoint’s SPIN intranet, help draft emails, brainstorm ideas, and help team members prep for meetings — all without your data ever leaving Strongpoint’s ecosystem.
SPIN Bot doesn’t work alone. In fact, it’s part of a network of agents. It can hand off information to specialist agents the Strongpoint team has built, like A-bot, which helps Strongpoint Partners’ Presidents read and write tasks in our project management platform, Asana. Permissions are enforced by role, so each agent only sees what the user has access to and is allowed to see. SPIN Bot is available to any Strongpoint partner team member, no matter which partner brand they’re part of.
Secure by Design: Unlike public AI tools, SPIN Bot was built with security at its core. It runs inside Strongpoint’s own Microsoft tenant, and not on a third-party service. Conversations and data never leave our ecosystem, and nothing is sent to OpenAI, Google, or any external provider. Strongpoint’s Product & AI team controls the model, the data, and the access.
Easily Accessible: SPIN Bot is accessible for Strongpoint partners wherever they work, via Microsoft Teams, SPIN (Strongpoint’s SharePoint intranet site), and via any Web browser.
